DESAIN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN PENSIUN PADA PT. ASABRI KANCAB SEMARANG

Abstract

Sistem informasi pelayanan santunan (asuransi) pensiun ini digunakan untuk meminimalkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan pembayaran santunan pensiun terhadap nasabah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan  pelayanan dan pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat. Dalam mendesain sistem informasi ini dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan alat desain sistemnya adalah DFD (Data Flow Diagram) dan basis data. Sistem informasi ini meliputi pendataan pangkat, instansi, jenis santunan,  pemberian santunan dan peserta. Transaksi pengajuan pembayaran dan pembayaran santunan. Sedangkan untuk laporan yang dihasilkan laporan peserta asuransi, pengajuan KTPA, pengajuan pembayaran asuransi, daftar pembayaran santunan dan tagihan belanja santunan.
