Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process consisting of the following stages:

  1. The editor conducts a technical and administrative assessment of the submitted manuscript.
  2. Manuscripts that pass this initial assessment are forwarded for blind review. Those that do not pass are returned to the author with editorial notes indicating rejection or required revisions.
  3. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript and provide recommendations.
  4. The editor communicates the assessment results and reviewer recommendations to the author, along with a deadline for revisions.
  5. Before publication, the editor sends a ready-to-publish copy to the author for final approval. Once approved, it cannot be withdrawn.
