ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Responden penelitian adalah 48 pegawai di kantor Balai Penempatan Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Tenaga kerja Indonesia (BP3TKI) Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda simultan dua persamaan regresi dengan pengolah data SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor dominan dlam membentuk komitmen organisasi yang berdampak pada OCB.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja; Komitmen Organisasi; Organizational Citizenship BehaviorDownloads
