Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced on one page on A4 paper; uses a 11-point font Time New Roman; margins on all four sides are 2.5 cm (except with URL addresses); number of pages between 5-10 pages; Tables and figures maximum 8; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- Authors must submit the Conflict of Interest Form, Copyright Agreement Form, Ethical Clearance, Proofread Certificate, and Research Instrument at supplementary files.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
- Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to JOHHS (Journal Occupational Health Hygiene and Safety), Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Indonesia.

In order to be accepted and published by JOHHS (Journal Occupational Health Hygiene and Safety), Author(s) who submit an article should complete all the review process. The copyright of received articles assigned to JOHHS (Journal Occupational Health Hygiene and Safety), Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Indonesia as publishers of the journal. The intended copyright includes the rights to publish articles in various forms (including reprints).
JOHHS (Journal Occupational Health Hygiene and Safety) keep the rights to articles that have been published.
