APLIKASI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK PENJUALAN HPP DENGAN METODE AVERAGE (STUDI KASUS PADA APOTEK “ABC†SEMARANG)

Apotik adalah tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi (obat-obatan) kepada masyarakat. Apoteker dalam penentuan harga jual obat dibatasi oleh harga eceran tertinggi (HET) yang ditentukan oleh PBF, sehingga untuk menentukan harga jual obat yang murah sangat tergantung pada pengeloaan persediaan yang efisien dan penentuan harga pokok pembelian (HPP) yang akurat. Pada pengelolaan persediaan terdapat metode Average yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan penentuan HPP. Metode ini dapat diimplementasikan pada sistem informasi persediaan untuk meningkatkan informasi dalam pembelian obat dan penentuan HPP. Diperlukan waktu 8 jam untuk pengelolaan persediaan dan menghitung HPP sebelum menggunakan metode ini, dan hanya butuh waktu 2 jam setelah metode ini diimplementasikan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya metode tersebut dapat meningkatkan efisensi kerja bagi apoteker. Kata Kunci : sistem pendukung keputusan, persediaan, HPP, metode Average.
