RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENYEDIA LAYANAN AMBULANS MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI GIS, GSM DAN GPS (GPRS)

Abstract

Ambulans menjadi kendaraan yang sangat penting keberadaannya saat ini. Terutama saat dibutuhkan untuk mengangkut orang sakit atau terluka karena kecelakaan. Dengan adanya kemudahan dalam mengetahui keberadaan ambulans, maka hal tersebut dapat di respon dengan baik. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun aplikasi pengadaan ambulans guna memecahkan masalah tersebut. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (online) dengan memanfaatkan HP Android GPS untuk mengetahui latitude dan longitude dari suatu lokasi. Dengan memanfaatkan Google Maps Api posisi mobil ambulans akan divisualisasikan dalam bentuk peta digital untuk dapat melakukan pelacakan mobil ambulans yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan uji coba yang dilakukan sistem terbukti dapat melakukan pemantauan dan pelacakan. Terbukti dengan adanya perubahan dari nilai latitude dan longitude yang menunjukkan adanya perubahan posisi serta sistem dapat menujukkan posisi ambulans yang tersedia dan terdekat dari alamat yang dituju.
