    Dear JOINS Authors and Reviewers, We would like to inform you that starting from the May 2026 issue (Vol. 11 No. 1), our journal will be using a new article template. This change aims to improve layout quality, ease the review process, and ensure alignment with current scientific publication standards. Please take note of the following: All manuscripts submitted for the May 2026 issue and onward must use the new template.   • Update to OJS 3.0

    Due to the current discontinuity of OJS 2 support which has an impact on security vulnerabilities, we will upgrade the journal application to OJS 3.Upgrade activities will be carried out on June 3 – 7 2024.If during this time period there are activities related to journal submissions and reviews, these activities will be disrupted.
