New APC Policies and Discount Opportunities

2026-03-15
The Journal of Computing Theories and Applications (JCTA) has recently implemented an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the sustainability of the journal, strengthen editorial management, and ensure the continuous development and quality of its publication process. While this policy is introduced to support journal operations, JCTA remains committed to maintaining accessible and flexible publication opportunities for researchers. Therefore, several APC discount and support schemes are available for accepted manuscripts. International Collaboration Support To encourage global scientific collaboration, JCTA provides special APC discounts for manuscripts involving international collaboration. Manuscripts that include co-authors affiliated with institutions from different countries may receive significant APC reductions. In certain cases—particularly for manuscripts involving authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia—this collaboration scheme may result in a full APC waiver, allowing the article to be published free of charge after verification by the editorial office. High-Quality Paper Support JCTA also provides APC reduction opportunities for high-quality manuscripts. Papers demonstrating strong novelty, rigorous methodology, and significant scientific contribution may be considered for partial APC discounts or full waivers. Authors may submit requests for APC support to the editorial office, and such requests will be evaluated by the editorial board based on the overall scientific merit of the manuscript. Commitment to Research Accessibility Through these initiatives, JCTA aims to: encourage international research collaboration support high-quality and impactful research maintain accessible publication opportunities for researchers worldwide For more details regarding APC policies and discount schemes, please visit https://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/jcta/AuthorFees JCTA is an open-access journal that publishes peer-reviewed research in computer science and related fields, making all accepted articles freely accessible to the global research community.
