Focus and Scope

Jurnal Audience: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi focuses on writings that contain research and contemporary thinking in the field of Communication Studies from various angles/perspectives. Include mass media issues, new media and digital communication, public relations, marketing and tourism communication, and psychology communication.

Peer Review Process

1. All submitted Paper will be reviewed by Peer Reviewer in accordance with their expertise to determine whether or not published in the Jurnal Audience: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi
Semua naskah yang masuk ke redaksi akan ditelaah Mitra Bestari sesuai dengan bidang kepakarannya untuk menentukan layak atau tidaknya terbit didalam Jurnal Audience: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi

2. Reviewers are unware of identity of the authors, and authors are also unware of the identity of Peer Reviewer (Double Blind Review Method)
Untuk menjaga objektivitas penelaahan setiap naskah yang dikirim ke Mitra Bestari dalam keadaan tidak mencantumkan identitas dari penulis dan hasil review artikel dari Mitra Bestari juga tidak mencantumkan Identitas dari Mitra Bestari (double blind review method)

3. Every submitted paper reviewed by two peer reviewers in accordance with the field of expertise.
Setiap naskah ditelaah oleh dua orang Mitra Bestari yang sesuai dengan bidang kepakarannya

4. Peer Reviewers get four weeks to review paper
Mitra Bestari diberi waktu empat minggu untuk menelaah naskah

5. Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references
Proses telaah oleh Mitra Bestari mempertimbangkan kebaruan, objektifitas, metode, dampak terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, kesimpulan, dan daftar pustaka

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Audience: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi is published two times per years, in February and August. The first issue process of the first number is going on from September to January. The second one lasted from March to July.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
