The increase in population makes population mobility increase. This condition encourages the growth of new business centers in various regions of Indonesia, so that they do not only focus on the islands of Java and Bali. Kalimantan is a promising business center. Kalimantan's attractiveness comes from supporting facilities such as road access, international airports, ports, electricity, railroads, economic and cultural centers, and so on. Development is an intervention effort carried out deliberately and planned with the aim of improving previous living conditions. However, the vulnerability of the development process due to different attitudes from society, intervention from NGOs and other obstacles can make development risky. To understand and assess social risk mitigation, a case study of social potential and risks was carried out. The research locations were carried out in a number of sub-districts in the East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan regions. Reisa sebagai seorang dokter sekaligus selebritas memiliki daya tarik sebagai narasumber berita di tengah budaya popular, atau masyarakat tontonan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Wacana Kritis Fairclough yang menawarkan model analisis; teks, praktik diskusus dan praktik social. Sebagai pisau analisis peneliti menggunakan teori the Spectacle of the Society dari Guy Debord untuk hubungan budaya popular dengan budaya media dengan menganalisis penampilan media Dr. Reisa Broto Asmoro, seorang juru bicara untuk tugas COVID-19 pemerintah Indonesia, menggunakan tiga dimensi analisis. Fokusnya adalah pada pemilihan tema dan judul dalam laporan berita di Kompas TV. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa (a) penampilan fisik dan citra visual Dokter Reisa memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk persepsi, nilai, dan identitas yang terkait dengan produk media dan budaya popular, (b) paradigma kritis digunakan untuk membongkar dan menelusuri jejaring kekuasaan dalam proses komodifikasi atas penampilan Dokter Reisa Broto Asmoro mempertegas pemberitaan tersesbut dapat dianggap sebagai bagian dari spektakel yang menciptakan pengalaman yang dihasilkan secara kolektif dan diarahkan oleh kepentingan ekonomi dan politik, dan (c) penampilan visual Dokter Reisa Broto Asmoro telah menjadi komoditi yang memiliki nilai jual atau nilai tukar, dan bertranformasi ke dalam budaya konsumerisme di tengah masyarakat penontonnya.</p> Dudi Hartono, Riki Arswendi Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Audience: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi https://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/audience/article/view/9956 Tue, 06 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000 CSR Communication Strategies of Adira Finance to Increase the Corporate Reputation https://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/audience/article/view/9965 <p>As one of the well-known financial companies in Indonesia, Adira Finance has a strategy for CSR communication to the stakeholders accordingly. This effort intends to increase the corporate reputation after the COVID-19 pandemic through a local creative festival program. This study aims to find out the Corporate Social Responsibility communication strategies of Adira Finance to increase the corporate reputation. This study uses the concept of CSR communication strategies of Mette Morsing and Majken Schultz and the concept of the reputation of Fombrun. The study uses descriptive qualitative with case study method and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques, and pattern matching techniques as data analysis. This study found that Adira Finance applies the stakeholder involvement strategy for CSR communication to enhance the company's reputation among internal and external stakeholders. Berbagai bentuk kesenian modern lebih banyak diminati dibandingkan dengan tari tradisional. Kondisi tersebut merupakan salah satu hal yang popularitas tari tari tradisional di dalam masyarakat Indonesia makin menurun. Salah satu organisasi seni budaya yaitu Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala, membuat berbagai upaya untuk melestarikan seni tari tradisional Indonesia melalui media sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan kajian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala untuk melestarikan tari tradisional Indonesia melalui media sosial. Data hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa tim manajemen Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala melakukan riset formatif, mengembangkan strategi komunikasi, dan memilih taktik yang sesuai untuk menyampaikan pesan kunci mereka. Tujuan utama dari Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala adalah untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan tari tradisional Indonesia. Untuk mencapai hal ini, Pusidklat Seni Ayodya Pala memilih komunikator berdasarkan kepakaran, kompetensi dan wewenang yang dimiliki. Berbagai informasi yang diunggah dikombinasikan dengan testimoni dan pujian untuk mempersuasi konsumen kunci. Untuk menyampaikan pesan kunci mereka, Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala memanfaatkan empat <em>platform</em> media sosial yaitu YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, dan Instagram. Tim manajemen dari Pusdiklat Seni Ayodya Pala menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi internasional yang sangat baik, dan mereka memposisikan diri sebagai pemimpin di dalam organisasi mereka. The example is about the characterization of women in films. Women are often associated with victims, monsters, and other main characters in Indonesian horror films. This phase has an impact on the construction of reality in the image of women as a form of insertion of patriarchal culture in films. In patriarchal culture, women are formed through the depiction of figures full of negative emotions and synonymous with terror and revenge. This study aims to describe the forms of patriarchal culture towards women in Indonesian horror films from 1970-2022. This research uses literature study as the main method with related previous research. Based on this research, several connections were found regarding women who are depicted as objects of patriarchal culture with the main scope being the characterization of women as victims and monstrous feminine in 600 Indonesian horror films in the period 1970-2022. The image of women that is constructed has become a distinct pattern in Indonesian horror films because of the strong patriarchal culture. The commodification perspective according to the political economy of the media has increasingly strengthened the tendency of women to become objects in the Indonesian film culture. Women in horror films are often used as a mere commodity. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui data primer dan data sekunder, adapun data primer yang penulis dapatkan yaitu dari situs resmi dan wawancara tertulis serta data sekunder seperti dari buku-buku, jurnal, surat kabar dan internet. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menggunakan teori <em>Resource Mobilization Theory</em> dan Gastrodiplomasi.
