PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT AGUNG PELITA INDUSTRINDO BANGSRI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Agung Pelita Industrindo Bangsri. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Agung Pelita Industrindo Bangsri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1300 karyawan. Dalam menentukan jumlah sampel peneliti menggunakan metode probability sampling menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Banyaknya sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 10% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 130 subjek. Uji coba butir soal penelitian dilakukan pada 20 karyawan. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
