Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process. This means that the identities of the reviewers and authors are concealed from each other throughout the review process. The stages are as follows:

  1. Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board conducts a technical and administrative assessment to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal's scope and guidelines.

  2. Reviewer Assignment: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers for blind review.

  3. Reviewers' Evaluation: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.

  4. Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor will make one of the following decisions: Accepted, Required Revisions (Minor or Major), or Rejected.

  5. Final Approval: Once the final revised version is approved by the Editor, the manuscript will proceed to the publication stage.

Review Timeline: The peer-review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from the initial submission. Authors will be notified of the editor's decision at each stage of the review process.

Setiap naskah yang masuk melalui proses double-blind peer review. Ini berarti identitas peninjau (reviewer) dan penulis disembunyikan satu sama lain selama proses peninjauan. Tahapannya adalah sebagai berikut:

  1. Penyaringan Awal: Editor/Dewan Redaksi melakukan penilaian teknis dan administratif untuk memastikan naskah sesuai dengan ruang lingkup dan pedoman jurnal.

  2. Penugasan Reviewer: Naskah yang lolos penyaringan awal dikirim ke setidaknya dua reviewer independen untuk ditinjau secara anonim.

  3. Evaluasi Reviewer: Reviewer mengevaluasi naskah berdasarkan orisinalitas, metodologi, kejelasan, dan kontribusi terhadap bidang ilmu.

  4. Keputusan Editorial: Berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer, Editor akan mengambil salah satu keputusan berikut: Diterima (Accepted), Perbaikan (Minor atau Mayor), atau Ditolak (Rejected).

  5. Persetujuan Akhir: Setelah versi revisi akhir disetujui oleh Editor, naskah akan diproses ke tahap publikasi.

Lini Masa Peninjauan: Proses peninjauan sejawat biasanya memakan waktu 4 hingga 8 minggu sejak pengiriman awal. Penulis akan diberitahu tentang keputusan editor pada setiap tahapan proses peninjauan.
