SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN KELAYAKAN KREDIT SEPEDA MOTOR HONDA DI NUSANTARA SAKTI CABANG SUKUN SEMARANG DENGAN METODE SCORING SYSTEM

Abstract

Kegiatan administrasi kredit motor yang meliputi kegiatan analisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif  dilakukan secara manual mulai dari pengumpulan berkas sampai pengambilan keputusan diterima atau ditolak dan menimbulkan potensi  tidak objektif dalam pengambilan keputusan akhir. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kegiatan pengambilan keputusan memakan waktu yang lama adalah penyajian data yang diperoleh dari kegiatan administrasi kredit disajikan dalam bentuk kualitatif atau tidak dalam bentuk angka. Rata–rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengajuan kredit dari survey dan pengumpulan berkas untuk menghasilkan keputusan layak / tolak membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 4 jam. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mendukung sistem pendukung keputusan kelayakan kredit adalah dengan metode scoring system dan metode pengembangan sistem dengan metode web engineering. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses kelayakan dan akurasi kredit sepeda motor. Sistem ini menghasilkan simulasi kelayakan kredit dengan kriteria uang muka, angsuran, administrasi dan karakter pribadi. Kata kunci : sistem pendukung keputusan, scoring system, web engineering, kredit motor.
