Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Kendali Perangkat Listrik Gedung Berbasis Interactive Floorplan Menggunakan ESP32

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong penerapan sistem monitoring dan kendali perangkat listrik pada lingkungan gedung secara real-time. Namun, sebagian besar sistem smart building masih menggunakan antarmuka berbasis daftar teks yang kurang efektif untuk memantau perangkat pada gedung dengan jumlah ruangan dan perangkat yang banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring dan kendali perangkat listrik berbasis Interactive Floorplan menggunakan ESP32 dan Firebase Real-time Database. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Android berbasis Kotlin dan Jetpack Compose, sedangkan Firebase Real-time Database digunakan sebagai media sinkronisasi data real-time antara aplikasi dan ESP32. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian waktu respon menunjukkan rata-rata waktu respon sebesar 724 ms. Implementasi Interactive Floorplan memungkinkan visualisasi lokasi perangkat pada denah digital sehingga memudahkan proses monitoring dan pengendalian perangkat listrik.
