Perancangan Blueprint Arsitektur Enterprise Sistem Informasi Akademik Terintegrasi pada SMK Nurul Huda Menggunakan TOGAF ADM

Abstract

SMK Nurul Huda menghadapi permasalahan pengelolaan data akademik yang belum terintegrasi sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan duplikasi data, keterlambatan rekapitulasi, dan kesulitan penyusunan laporan akademik. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menerapkan TOGAF ADM pada lingkungan pendidikan, namun belum secara khusus menghasilkan blueprint yang mengakomodasi karakteristik akademik SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun blueprint arsitektur enterprise Sistem Informasi Akademik SMK Nurul Huda menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan TOGAF ADM dengan pendekatan Value Chain, SWOT, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan blueprint yang mencakup arsitektur bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi, serta portofolio aplikasi berdasarkan prioritas pengembangannya. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sistem diprioritaskan pada aplikasi yang mendukung operasional akademik dan layanan strategis sesuai karakteristik SMK. Blueprint yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik yang terintegrasi di SMK Nurul Huda.   Kata Kunci - Arsitektur Enterprise, Sistem Informasi Akademik, TOGAF ADM, Blueprint, SMK
