Evaluasi Kualitas Sistem Informasi Karya Akhir Menggunakan Metode McCall: Studi Kasus di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi kualitas sistem informasi karya akhir pada institusi pendidikan tinggi menggunakan metode McCall, dengan mengambil studi kasus di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha). Evaluasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik merupakan hal yang krusial untuk memastikan efektivitas layanan dan mendukung proses akademik di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan fokus pada aspek product operation yang mencakup lima faktor: Correctness, Reliability, Efficiency, Integrity, dan Usability. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah 515 responden. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai total kualitas sistem sebesar 70% (kategori Baik), dengan rincian: Correctness 61% (Baik), Reliability 56% (Cukup Baik), Efficiency 58% (Cukup Baik), Integrity 59% (Cukup Baik), dan Usability 43% (Cukup Baik). Model evaluasi dan rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dapat diadaptasi oleh institusi pendidikan tinggi lain dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi Karya Akhir.
