Abstract

Dewasa ini seiring dengan perkembangan di dunia teknologi yang semakin pesat, teknologi informasi juga salah satu tool untuk membantu meningkatkan pelayanan bagi rumah sakit khususnya dalam layanan menunggu antrian poliklinik. Hasil observasi di RSUI Harapan Anda Tegal dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan wawancara dengan pihak pengelola Informasi Teknologi serta pengamatan terhadap penerapan sistem yang digunakan oleh rumah sakit terdapat masalahan dalam hal sistem pendaftaran dan antrian pada layanan poliklinik diantaranya tidak ada kejelasan nomor antrian pasien, tidak ada informasi yang terkait nomor antrian keberapa yang sedang dan akan dilayani dan tidak adanya integrasi data dari sistem pendaftaran, rekam medis dan layanan poliklinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sistem pendaftaran dan antrian di rumah sakit pada layanan poliklinik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). Hasilnya adalah prototype sistem pendaftaran dan antrian layanan poliklinik berbasis smartphone di RSUI Harapan Anda.
