Program Teknik Informatika merupakan salah satu jurusan pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nusa Nipa di Kota Maumere, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penggunaan internet saat ini memiliki mobilitas yang sangat tinggi, baik untuk menelusuri informasi, mengunduh informasi, atau menggunakan fungsi internet lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen bandwidth untuk mengatur setiap bit data yang lewat agar bandwidth merata melalui metode PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) yang diterapkan di MikroTik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis QoS (Quality Of Service) dari segi throughput, delay, jitter dan packet loss menggunakan metode Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) untuk mengoptimalkan bandwidth internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jaringan dengan metode PCQ lebih optimal karena bandwidth yang didistribusikan sesuai aturan dalam manajemen bandwidth, dan tidak membuat pengguna bersaing untuk mendapatkan bandwidth.References
