Abstract

BPJS Kota Semarang merupakan sebuah badan usaha milik Negara yang menyelenggarakan jaminan kesehatan pada wilayah Kota Semarang dan Demak. pada tahun 2014 ada 181 fasilitas kesehatan yang telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kota Semarang yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Kota Semarang. Hal ini tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai fasilitas kesehatan tersebut karena saat ini pada BPJS Kota Semarang belum mempunyai sebuah sistem informasi geografis pemetaan fasilitas kesehatan yang telah bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kota Semarang. Dengan belum adanya sistem informasi mengenai fasilitas kesehatan tersebut masyarakat merasa kesulitan dalam mencari informasi mengenai fasilitas kesehatan mana yang telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kota Semarang. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan metode pengembangan sistem web engineering. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi tentang fasilitas kesehatan yang telah bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kota Semarang.
