Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan model database sebagai pendukung layanan informasi publik Perguruan Tinggi Swasta  yang cepat  dan tepat waktu, berbiaya  ringan, dan cara sederhana sesuai dengan amanat UU 14/2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik yang dikoordinasikan melalui Kopertis Wilayah VI. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan perancangan model pengelolaan database dengan cara menganalisis dan identifikasi sumber data pendukung layanan informasi publik PTS menggunakan tools Context Diagram, menganalisis dan  perumusan model pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi publik PTS menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, menganalisis dan identifikasi informasi publik PTS, berdasarkan Context Diagram serta Data Flow Diagram merumuskan model hubungan antar entitas dalam sistem dalam Entity Relationship Diagram, sehingga dihasilkan desain menu database pendukung informasi publik Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terintegrasi.
