Sistem Tiket Digital berbasis Telegram untuk Mengelola Pembayaran Biaya Pedagang Pasar

Pasar tradisional umumnya memiliki skema pembayaran yang unik kepada para pedagang yang berjualan. Setiap tahun mereka dikenakan biaya sewa lapak, setiap bulan membayar biaya listrik, dan setiap hari dikenakan iuran harian, seperti iuran kebersihan, iuran air, dan lain sebagainya. Petugas pemungut pembayaran umumnya membawa setumpuk karcis yang akan diberikan apabila pedagang melunasi kewajibannya. Penggunaan karcis konvensional sebagai tanda bukti pembayaran tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan, seperti misalnya sulitnya memantau dan mengelola data pembayaran, baik dari sisi pimpinan pasar maupun dari sisi pedagang pasar. Selain itu, karcis sering kali dibuang-buang sehingga akan menimbulkan sampah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem karcis digital sebagai bukti transaksi pembayaran iuran. Dengan sistem ini, petugas pemungut iuran yang menerima uang dari pedagang wajib memasukkan data transaksi ke sistem sehingga sistem ini akan mengirimkan karcis digital ke akun telegram pedagang pasar yang sudah didaftarkan. Pedagang pasar bisa melihat riwayat pembayarannya secara lengkap melalui karcis digital tersebut. Pada akhirnya, pengelola pasar bisa memantau data pembayaran pedagang pasar dengan mudah untuk meminimalkan kebocoran pendapatan.References
