Pengembangan Website Joy Fellowship Indonesia dengan Metode Uji Usabilitas

Website JOY Indonesia merupakan media untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait kegiatan JOY serta digunakan sebagai media promosi untuk menjangkau anggota baru dan tetap terhubung dengan para-alumni. Salah satu faktor ketertarikan pengguna untuk mengakses website dan menjadi ciri khas adalah antarmuka, namun saat ini website JOY masih jarang diakses dan juga masih terdapat kekurangan pada website terutama pada fungsionalitasnya. Terkait masalah tersebut akan dilakukan pengukuran tingkat usabilitas antarmuka situs web JOY Indonesia dengan metode Usability Testing, kemudian akan dilakukan perancangan purwarupa baru berdasarkan hasil uji usabilitas tersebut. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menguji empat aspek usabilitas yaitu time on task, task success, error dan efficiency, serta dilakukan wawancara dan observasi terhadap responden untuk mengetahui tingkat kebergunaan situs web JOY Indonesia. Pengujian akhir yang dilakukan pada desain pengembangan memiliki hasil efisiensi sebesar 88.34%, kemudian hasil pengujian time on task pada desain hasil pengembangan total waktu keseluruhannya adalah sebesar 139,8 detik, dan nilai success rate sebesar 94.80%. Hasil tersebut sudah memenuhi rata-rata tingkat keberhasilan serta fungsionalitasnya dapat diakses dengan efisien dan efektif oleh pengguna.References
