RANCANG BANGUN SITUS WEB PENGUMPUL BERITA DARI SITUS E-GOVERNMENT MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI RSS

Abstract

Berita merupakan salah satu informasi yang banyak dicari masyarakat. Salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat adalah informasi mengenai kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah. Wujud dalam pengaplikasian e-goverment dilaksanakan dengan pembuatan website pemerintahan baik itu organisasi daerah ataupun organisasi pemerintah. Dengan adanya website ini memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor pemerintahan. Tetapi untuk mendapatkan informasi terbaru dari berberapa situs e-goverment masyarakat harus membuka satu per satu situs e-gov tersebut. Kondisi ini tentu kurang efektif selain itu informasi yang diperoleh hanya mengenai satu situs website saja. Website pengumpul berita dengan menggunakan teknologi Really Simple Syndication (RSS) akan menjadikan salah satu solusi untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan murah tanpa ada batasan ruang dan waktu. Dengan teknologi RSS ini berita akan otomatis terupdate apabila situs melakukan pembaharuan. Selain itu dengan website pegumpul berita ini masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi dari berbagai situs e-goverment dalam satu website. Untuk mengembangkan situs web yang dibuat menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype karena memudahkan pengguna untuk memberikan gambaran pengembangan situs web selanjutnya. Sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi dari berbagai situs e-goverment. Kata kunci : website, berita, e-goverment, rss, prototipe
