Penerapan Metode Holt-Winters Untuk Peramalan Penjualan (Studi Kasus Keripik Pisang Pigela UD. Haza Food Surabaya)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan penjualan snack keripik pisang kepok bermerk Pigela Januari 2016 sampai dengan Desember 2020 di masa mendatang dengan menggunakan data penjualan di masa sebelumnya. Dengan adanya peramalan penjualan, diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk membuat perencanaan penjualan. Metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Metode Holt-Winters multiplikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan dengan menggunakan Metode Holt-Winters multiplikatif menghasilkan kesalahan peramalan di bawah 10%.References
