 Kurang transparasi dalam proses menentukan kualitas kinerja karyawan dan banyaknya kriteria yang mempengaruhinya menjadi kendala dalam menentukan kualitas kinerja karyawan pada Apartemen Senayan, banyaknya kriteria yang menjadi pengukuran yaitu pengetahuan pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, produktivitas, kemampuan, komunikasi, prestasi/manajemen waktu, logika, kepatuhan, kesadaran terhadap biaya, kerjasama tim, tempramen, tanggung jawab, etika kerja, fleksibilitas, inovasi, orientasi pelayanan dan dedikasi terhadap pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan kualitas kinerja karyawan adalah Profile Matching yang dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal, waktu yang efisien dan data yang valid. Pada metode Profile Matching adalah sistem penilaian dengan membandingkan antara kompetensi individu kedalam kompetensi jabatan sehingga bisa diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya.ÂReferences
