Penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dalam Penerimaan Perawat Menggunakan Metode SAW, WP Dan MOORA Di Rumah Sakit Petukangan

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk memperoleh perawat yang kompeten adalah dengan melakukan proses seleksi dengan sangat baik dan tepat, proses penerimaan perawata sangat sensitif karena perawat yang diterima harus memenuhi kriteria serta kebutuhan unit kerja dari rumah sakit Penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan di Rumah Sakit Petukangan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan rekomendasi serta alternatif dalam penerimaan perawat baru di Rumah Sakit Petukangan, agar dapat meminimalisir kesalahan serta meningkatkan efisiensi rekrutmen Dalam penelitian ini metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah  metode SAW, WP dan MOORA, dari metode tersebut dilakukan pengujian dan pencarian nilai akurasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix untuk mencari metode paling tinggi akurasinya Metode WP dan MOORA memiliki nilai akurais yang sama yaitu 93%, sedangkan metode SAW memperoleh nilai akurasi 87%. Dengan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dan nilai akurasi yang sangat tinggi, penelitian ini sangat layak dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam proses penerimaan perawat baru di Rumah Sakit Petukangan yang lebih efisien dan efektif.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, SAW, WP, MOORA
