Purwarupa Sistem Conveyor Scale Berbasis Loadcell, PLC, dan Protokol MQTT dan Analisisnya

Sistem conveyor scale berdasarkan bobot produk dan menerapkan IoT telah dikembangkan. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor loadcell Hx711, photoelectric, motor listrik, PLC, HMI, dan sistem pneumatik. Terdapat 22 produk dengan bobot berbeda yang telah diuji. Nilai batas bawah dan atas bobot ditetapkan sebesar 0.8 kg dan 1.2 kg pada menu preset. Hasil menunjukkan ada 20 produk yang sesuai dengan pengaturan bobot dengan total bobot 21.46 kg. Lalu, ada dua produk yang tidak lolos dengan total bobot sebesar 1.45 kg dengan rata – rata sebesar 0.72 kg. Selama proses produksi, data yang dikumpulkan melalui sistem ini ditampilkan melalui laman website dengan menggunakan protokol MQTT. Sistem ini diterapkan pada CV Javamas Agropos.
