Archiving Policy
CITRAKARA permits and encourages authors to self-archive their articles at any stage of the publication process. We recognize the importance of open science and institutional digital repositories in maximizing the dissemination and citation of scholarly research.
Below are the details regarding the sharing and archiving permissions of different article versions:
- Pre-print (Submitted Version): Authors are allowed to deposit their original manuscript (before peer review) in any repository, personal website, or academic social network (such as ResearchGate or Academia.edu) at any time.
- Post-print (Accepted Manuscript): Authors are allowed to deposit their post-peer-review version (accepted for publication but not yet formatted by the publisher) into their institutional repositories or subject repositories immediately upon acceptance.
- Version of Record (Published PDF): Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final, publisher-formatted PDF of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, and open archives immediately upon official online publication.
Licensing and Attribution:
All archived versions must adhere to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). When self-archiving the final version, authors must provide a full citation and a direct link (DOI/URL) to the original publication on the official CITRAKARA website.
