Aplikasi BRT Trans Semarang Berbasis Android

Abstract

BRT Trans Semarang adalah sarana transportasi yang disediakan pemerintah Kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang memberikan fasilitas yang nyaman serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna. Salah satunya yaitu dengan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis android. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi halte BRT dan pencarian rute. Namun, aplikasi tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan yaitu aplikasi belum memberikan informasi letak halte di 6 koridor, letak halte transit, informasi rute pada 6 koridor BRT dan informasi halte terdekat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi BRT Trans Semarang agar dapat menutupi kekurangan dari aplikasi yang sudah dikembangkan. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tools android webview. Dengan pengembangan yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil berupa aplikasi BRT Trans Semarang berbasis android yang dapat memberikan informasi letak halte di 6 koridor, letak halte transit, dan rute pada 6 koridor. Selain itu, aplikasi juga dapat memberikan informasi halte terdekat serta dapat membantu dalam pencarian rute
