Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Sistem Informasi pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari Rembang dengan Metode TOGAF ADM

Abstract

AbstrakKoperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari saat ini dalam proses pencatatannya masih menggunakan cara manual. Berawal dari warga sekitar yang semakin lama anggotanya terus bertambah, maka terbentuklah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari. Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu data yang belum terintegrasi, yang mengakibatkan informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi saling tumpang tindih antar bagian,dan mengakibatkan lambatnya dalam melayani anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan perancangan architecture enterprise yang dapat meminimalisir permasalahan yang ada, salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan metode The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method ( TOGAF ADM ) yang terdiri dari Preliminary Phase, Requirement Management, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, dan Architecture Change Management. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan blueprint yang mempermudah bagian anggota, administrasi, teller, dan manager memperoleh informasi dengan akurat, relevan, dan tepat waktu.Kata kunci— TOGAF ADM, Architecture EnterpriseAbstractThe recording process of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari still use manual way. Started from the citizens araound the longer its member continue to grow, then formed Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rezky Mentari Rembang. The problem faced was the data not yet integrated so that it caused the result of information became mutually overlap among parts and the member of Rezky Mentari Credit Union service was slow- moving. Based on the problem, it was needed architecture enterprise design which can minimalize the problem. One of them by using The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method ( TOGAF ADM ) method consisted Preliminary Phase, Requirement Management, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, dan Architecture Change Management. From result of this research method to produce blueprint program which facilitated members, administration, teller, and manager to obtain accurate and relevant information on time.Keywords— TOGAF ADM, Architecture Enterprise
