Pemilihan Ojek Online Bagi Wanita Karir Menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas pilihan ojek online bagi wanita karir dengan menggunakan kriteria service, tarif, waktu tunggu, kemudahan dalam penggunaan aplikasi, promosi sebagai kriteria pemilihannya. Survey dilakukan dengan kuisioner bagi para wanita karir dan hasil survey dianalisa menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan keputusan prioritas pilihan. Hasil analisis menunjukan kriteria terpenting adalah promosi sebesar 42%, service sebesar 24%, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi sebesar 17%, waktu tunggu sebesar 11% dan terakhir tarif sebesar 6%. Sedangkan untuk urutan prioritas ojek online diposisi teratas adalah GOJEK sebesar 43%, disusul GRAB 35% dan UBER 23%.Kata Kunci: Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, Pemilihan Ojek Online, AHPAbstractThis study aims to determine the priority of online motorcycle taxi option for career women by using service criteria, tariff, waiting time, ease of use of application, promotion as selection criteria. The survey was conducted with questionnaires for career women and survey results were analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain preferred priority decisions. The analysis results show the most important criteria are promotion of 42%, service 24%, application usage of 17%, waiting time of 11% and last rate of 6%.
