Abstract

Banyak kriteria dalam menentukan penilaiaan kualitas kinerja karyawan menjadikan  kendala tersendiri pada Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Dengan adanya banyak kriteria belum terukur dan belum memiliki nilai bobot sehingga keputusan yang diambil masih bersifat subjektif. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dengan metode tersebut dimana setiap kriteria diberi bobot untuk mendapatkan rating dari setiap alternative dan dapat membantu pemegang keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian kualitas kinerja karyawan pada Apartemen Plaza Senayan Kata kunci—Simple Additive Weighting, kualitas, karyawan Many of the criteria in determining the quality of performance of employees make the constraints of Plaza Senayan Apartment. Given the many criteria are not yet measurable and have no weight value so the decisions taken are still subjective. In this research to overcome the existing problems using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.
