Perencanaan Strategi Sistem Informasi Pada Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal

Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal merupakan rumah sakit Islam Swasta di Kabupaten Tegal yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan. Dalam menjalankan proses pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien, Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal telah memiliki manajemen sistem informasi rumah sakit yaitu SIMRS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit) yang saling terintegrasi pada seluruh bagian pelayanan kesehatan pasien rawat jalan dan pasien rawat inap. Namun pada kenyataanya, kinerja mutu pelayanan rumah sakit belum cukup baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi pasien bahkan bagi Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal itu sendiri, sehingga Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal memerlukan Perencanaan Strategi Sistem Informasi (PPSI) untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ward and Peppard dengan teknik analisa SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan Balance Scorecard (dengan empat prespektif yaitu Keuangan, Pelanggan, Proses Bisnis Internal dan Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan). Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah tersusunnya peta strategi yang memberikan skema dan langkah dari sasaran strategi serta portofolio aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan bagi Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal agar kinerja dan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dapat berjalan tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan tujuan Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal. In running process of health care to patients, PKU Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal regency already has hospital management information system namely SIMRS (Hospital Management Information System) which is integrated in all part of health care of oupatients and inpatients. But, in fact, quality performance of hospital service is not good enough to meet the needs of information for patients even for PKU Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal regency itself, so that PKU Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal regency requires Strategic Planning Information System (PPSI) to improve hospital service quality. Method used in this research is Ward and Peppard method with SWOT Analysis technique (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and Balance Scorecard (with four perspectives : Financial, Customer, Internal Business Processes and Learning and Growth). Result of research is arrangement of strategic map that gives scheme and step of strategic objective as well as application portofolio that can be used as recommendation for improvement for PKU Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal regency, in order that performance and quality of hospital service can run right on target and accordance with objective of PKU Muhammadiyah Islamci Hospital Tegal regency.
