Update to OJS 3.0

Due to the current discontinuity of OJS 2 support which has an impact on security vulnerabilities, we will upgrade the journal application to OJS 3.Upgrade activities will be carried out on June 3 – 7 2024.If during this time period there are activities related to journal submissions and reviews, these activities will be disrupted. For this reason, we ask that during this period there be no journal access activities, whether adding or removing articles.
