Peer Review Process
Each submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process consisting of the following stages:
- The editor conducts a technical and administrative assessment of the submitted manuscript.
- Manuscripts that pass this initial assessment are forwarded for blind review. Those that do not pass are returned to the author with editorial notes indicating rejection or required revisions.
- Reviewers evaluate the manuscript and provide recommendations.
- The editor communicates the assessment results and reviewer recommendations to the author, along with a deadline for revisions.
- Before publication, the editor sends a ready-to-publish copy to the author for final approval. Once approved, it cannot be withdrawn.
