Website Upgrade February 6–14, 2026

In connection with the scheduled upgrade of Open Journal Systems (OJS) from version 3.2 to 3.4.0 LTS, article submissions will be temporarily disabled starting February 5, 2026. The upgrade process will take place from February 6–14, 2026, and is expected to be completed by February 15, 2026. Authors may resume submitting their articles once the maintenance is finished.
