ANALISIS STRATEGI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL PADA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI UMUM DI INDONESIA DALAM RANGKA MENCAPAI KINERJA BERKELANJUTAN

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the strategic priority factors and determine the most effective strategic choice to achieving sustainable performance in general insurance companies in Indonesia. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, data collected from six expert and senior general insurance industry practitioners. The analysis identified Top Management Behavior as the most critical factor, with Visionary Leadership being the most important subcriterion. Between the two strategic alternatives evaluated, the Insurtech Partnership Strategy received higher global weight and was deemed more effective than the Transformational Leadership Strategy. The conclusion suggests that in order to achieve sustainable performance, general insurance companies may strengthening Visionary Leadership at Top Management Level while prioritize strategic partnership with Insurtech entities. Keywords: Digital Transformation, Sustainable Performance, General Insurance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor prioritas strategi transformasi digital pada perusahaan asuransi umum dan menentukan pilihan strategi yang paling efektif untuk mencapai kinerja berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari enam praktisi ahli dan senior di industri asuransi umum di Indonesia. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasikan bahwa Perilaku Top Management sebagai faktor paling kritis dengan Kepemimpinan Visioner menjadi subkriteria terpenting. Diantara dua alternatif strategi yang dievaluasi, strategi Kemitraan dengan Insurtech memiliki global weight yang lebih tinggi dan dinilai lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan strategi Kepemimpinan Transformasional.
