ANALISIS DYNAMIC CAPABILITY DALAM MEMPERKUAT KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF UMKM JUS BUAH CALEC DI SUKARAME

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kapabilitas dinamis (KD) yang berkontribusi dalam memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif UMKM Jus Buah Calec di Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. Merujuk pada kerangka kerja Teece, Pisano, dan Shuen, yang mencakup kapabilitas penginderaan, pemanfaatan, dan transformasi, penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana bisnis dapat mengidentifikasi perubahan pasar, menghasilkan inovasi, dan meningkatkan aktivitas operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Jus Buah Calec memiliki kapabilitas penginderaan dan inovasi yang relatif kuat, tetapi kapabilitas transformasinya masih terbatas karena keterbatasan modal dan sumber daya manusia. Peningkatan kapabilitas dinamis sangat penting bagi bisnis untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.References
