Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Kabupaten Tegal Berbasis Website

Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tegal merupakan dinas yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan pariwisata yang ada di Kabupaten Tegal. Salah satu tanggung jawabnya adalah memasarkan destinasi wisata di lingkungan Kabupaten Tegal kepada masyarakat secara luas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah website yang saat ini telah dikembangkan memiliki kendala pengelolaan serta adanya isi konten yang perlu dikembangkan untuk memenuhi keinginan wisatawan. Dimana informasi yang ada di website dengan brosur yang dimiliki ada beberapa perbedaan dilihat dari kelengkapan informasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat sebuah sistem informasi pariwisata dengan berbasis website yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam pengembangan website ini menggunakan framework Codeiginiter 3.0. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem informasi website dapat membantu membantu pegawai Dinas dalam melakukan pengelolaan konten website secara langsung. Website ini dapat menyajikan beberapa fitur kepada wisatawan, seperti daftar wisata disertai gambar dan peta lokasi yang terintegrasi dengan google maps.

Tourism Office, Youth and Sports Tegal regency is the agency responsible for tourism management in Tegal regency, one of the responsibilities is how to market tourist destinations to the wider community. Problems faced by the Tourism Office of Tegal Regency is a website that currently has been developed with the aim of providing tourism information to the community have constraints in managing it as well as content that is still not enough to meet the wishes of tourists, where the information on the website with brochures that are owned in the office Tourism Office is very much different views of the completeness of the information. Therefore in this final report will create a tourism information system with a website-based developed using waterfall method. In the development of this website using Codeiginiter 3.0 framework. With the development of this website information system has helped Dinas officials in managing website content directly and the website can present some features to tourists, such as tourist listings with pictures and maps of locations integrated with google maps.
