Author Guidlines

  1. General Information

Authors who submit their abstract to ISWOPHA 2025 are expected to follow these general guidelines to ensure a smooth review and publication process. Submission and publication are subject to peer-review and editorial decisions. ISWOPHA 2025 provides a pathway for selected full papers to be published in national and international journals.

  1. Abstract Submission and Journal Preference
  • Authors are required to submit an abstract via the official ISWOPHA website.
  • During submission, authors will be asked to select their preferred journal from the list of publication outlets provided.
  • Available options may include Scopus-indexed journals, SINTA-accredited journals, or ISWOPHA Proceedings (with ISSN).
  • Journal selection is not final; it serves as a preference to guide the review process.
  1. Full Paper and Review Process
  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper.
  • Full papers must follow the template and formatting requirements of the selected or assigned journal, not a general SWOPHA template.
  • The ISWOPHA scientific committee and reviewers will evaluate the quality, originality, and relevance of the paper.
  • Based on the review results, papers may be:
    • Accepted for publication in the selected journal,
    • Recommended for another journal or proceedings,
    • Or returned for major revision or rejection.
  1. Acknowledgement Section Requirement

All authors must include an Acknowledgement section in their full paper, regardless of the journal destination.

The following statement (or a version thereof) must appear in the Acknowledgement section:

“The authors would like to thank the committee of the 5th International Seminar and Workshop on Public Health Action (ISWOPHA 2025) for the opportunity and support in this publication process.”

This is a mandatory requirement and will be checked during the review and editorial process.

  1. Additional Notes
  • All communications regarding submission, acceptance, and journal allocation will be handled via the official ISWOPHA system and committee correspondence.
  • Authors are expected to meet the deadlines for submission, revision, and finalization as communicated by the organizing committee.
