LITERATURE REVIEW: FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III

Background: Pregnancy is a process in a woman's life that can cause several changes in herself, especially psychological changes. Anxiety during pregnancy can be caused by physical changes, fear of the birth process and the transition to parenthood. Purpose: To analyze the factors that influence anxiety in third trimester pregnant women. Method: Literature review by searching and identifying relevant journal articles through electronic media using several databases such as Google Scholar and PubMed. This article search uses Indonesian and English through keywords (pregnancy, anxiety, influencing factors) which are limited to 2019 publications. The articles used in this preparation are national and international articles totaling 13 articles, namely 8 national articles and 5 international articles which are then analyzed in full. Results: The results of the article filter showed 6 factors that influence the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester, including husband's support, age, parity, education, work and social support. Conclusion: The occurrence of anxiety disorders in mothers during pregnancy is a serious threat that must be prevented. So we have to pay attention to the factors that influence this incident. From the results of the analysis it was found that husband's support, age, parity, education, employment and social support can influence maternal anxiety during pregnancy. It is hoped that this will be taken into account by midwives, health workers and the government so that it can be corrected in the future to improve the mother's anxiety so that the pregnancy can be passed well.Downloads
