Abstract

This study is designed to investigate the impact of financial technology, financial literacy, business experience, and liquidity level on the financial performance (MSMEs) of Jumbo Ice Tea located in Semarang City. The methodology adopted is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population includes 7,392 culinary MSMEs in Semarang City and sample was focused on Es Teh business total 100 respondents were used in the purposive sampling procedure, which was based on the Slovin formula calculation. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on the research instrument. Utilizing SPSS software, we conducted data analysis using the multiple linear regression approach. This included hypothesis testing using the F test, t-test, and determination coefficient (R²) analysis.  The findings of this study indicate that financial technology, financial literacy, business experience, and liquidity levels significantly and positively affect the financial performance of Jumbo Ice Tea MSMEs in Semarang City, both when tested partially and simultaneously. In particular, liquidity was identified as the variable with the most dominant contribution to improving the financial performance of business entities. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of these four variables into one analytical model framework, especially in the context of MSMEs engaged in the contemporary beverage sector, an area that has not been explored much in the literature. Based on these findings, it is recommended for MSME actors to intensify the use of financial technology, optimize financial management, and maintain a healthy level of business liquidity, to ensure sustainable financial performance growth.
