Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job training, andcompensation and the influence of all three on the work productivity of employees in theFood and Beverage Department at Sala View Hotel, Solo. In addition, it is also to provewhich variable is the most dominant. This study was conducted using a quantitativemethod and focused on employees in the Food and Beverage Department at Sala ViewHotel Solo. The analysis technique used was a multiple linear regression analysis model.With the following results, Motivation has a significant effect on employee workproductivity. Job training has a significant positive effect on work productivity.Compensation has a significant positive effect on work productivity. The significancevalue of compensation is considered to have the most dominant effect on the workproductivity variable. The conclusion of this study is that the compensation variableaffects employee work productivity at Sala View Hotel Solo. Compensation factors thatinfluence include Salary that is in accordance with the workload, Salary that is sufficientto meet family needs and incentives that are in accordance with the workload.Suggestions for increasing employee work productivity are that the company must holdjob training twice a month or three times a month. And the company must create apositive work climate, appreciation, communication, and compensation in the workenvironment.
