Analysis Of Factors Affecting Employee Performance At Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta
Abstract
This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows that employeeperformance is less than optimal at the Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta. The aim ofthis research is to determine the influence of work discipline, workcommunication and work environment on the performance of Cavinton HotelYogyakarta employees. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with asample size of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique uses the randomsampling method. In this research the independent variables consist of workdiscipline, work communication and work environment, while the dependentvariable is employee performance. Instrument testing uses validity tests andreliability tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses multiple linearregression analysis with the t test and F test.Downloads
