Vaccination has proven effective in dealing with the spread of COVID-19 cases. However, the majority of pregnant women are reluctant to receive vaccinations because of their fear. The research aims to determine the determinants of receiving COVID-19 vaccination in pregnant women to reduce their anxiety and be encouraged to be vaccinated. This study uses a literature review method from journals published between 2017-2022 in Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar with the keywords acceptance, vaccine COVID-19, and pregnant. The total results from the literature study obtained 13 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The result of this literature review is that the low acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination is seen in young pregnant women, but in China itself, younger pregnant women receive the vaccine higher; exposure to negative information about vaccines; non-white race; religious beliefs in Ethiopia; lack of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and evidence of vaccine safety in pregnant women, causing fear of the vaccine's effect on the fetus; perceived low susceptibility to COVID-19; low-income mothers; residence in rural areas; and a less motivating environment for COVID-19 vaccination.
2023-11-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 VISIKES: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakathttps://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/visikes/article/view/6424LITERATURE REVIEW : FAKTOR RISIKO KEKERASAN SEKSUAL PADA REMAJA2023-11-21T14:25:03+00:00Wayan Adi Sudaryasawayan.sudaryasa@mhs.unsoed.ac.idNungki Agnes Dwiananungki.dwiana@mhs.unsoed.ac.idRizky Diana Nurmalasaririzky.nurmalasari@mhs.unsoed.ac.idAdelina Najla Zahidahadelina.zahidah@mhs.unsoed.ac.idZayyinaa Aulia Rahmahzayyinaa.rahmah@mhs.unsoed.ac.idSiwi Pramatama Mars Wijayantisiwimars@gmail.com
Every year sexual violence cases increase and become a widely heard issue in the community. The research design was an experiment with a pretest-posttest design with one control group and six replications. The independent variables were media thickness of 20 and 40 cm and contact time of 5 and 10 minutes, while the dependent variables were turbidity, pH, temperature, Fe content, and Mn content. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively based on Permenkes No. 32 of 2017. The results of the initial measurement of turbidity, Fe, and Mn levels before each treatment were above the quality standard according to Permenkes No. 32 of 2017. After processing using the filtration method, the results were in accordance with the quality standards, namely turbidity < 1 to 4 NTU, pH 6.5–6.9, temperature 25.8–26.4 oC, Fe content 0.024-0.126 mg/L, and Mn content 0.31–1.78. The number of claim submissions in 2021 was 282 pending files and 67 dispute files. This study analyzes the causes of pending and dispute claims for Covid-19 patient care costs at the Central Java Type B Hospital. The research method is descriptive by observing all (98) pending files and dispute claims for covid-19 cases in 2021. Data collection methods through documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the univariate analysis method. The results of the study show that there are still many obstacles in the service process. Therefore, it needs to be regulated by the provisions of service regulations. As for the claims process, health facilities find it difficult due to dynamic regulatory changes during the pandemic. BPJS health requires certainty in the policy of determining the end of the pandemic period. If Covid-19 benefits are transferred to JKN in the post-pandemic period, the source of financing may not only be done through the conversion of contributions, but there is also an option for assistance funds from the government.
2023-11-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 VISIKES: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakathttps://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/visikes/article/view/7569PENGARUH STATUS KONTAK PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS DENGAN KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU: STUDI LITERATUR2023-11-21T14:25:21+00:00Taufik Wijayanto2108053058@webmail.uad.ac.idSolikhah Solikhahsolikhah@ikm.uad.ac.idSulistyawati Sulistyawatisulistyawati.suyanto@ikm.uad.ac.id
Introduction: Tuberculosis remains public health problem worldwide. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is transmitted from smear-positive pulmonary tuberculoasis patients. Tuberculosis infection has a high risk of being transmitted when there is contact with TB patients. This phenomenon explains that the risk factors for pulmonary tuberculosis transmission are closely related to contact status with tuberculosis patients. Methods: Literature review was carried out by searching articles through electronic databases (Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink) using the keywords tuberculosis contact status, risk factors for tuberculosis events, and contact status AND incident of pulmonary tuberculosis. The inclusion criteria for the articles used were articles published in accredited national and international publication articles, the year of publication of the article in the 2017-2023 range, full text, open access, and no restrictions related to research design in the article. Nine articles were selected for analysis. Articles are analyzed using matrix tables and Prism schemes. Results: Based on a literature review, it was found that there was an effect of contact status on the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Contact status with tuberculosis -infected patients affects the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis transmission. Contact with tuberculosis patients can occur in the household, hospital environment, and school. Conclusion: Based on the literature study, it is explained that the status of contact with tuberculosis patients significantly affects and has a high risk of developing pulmonary tuberculosis.

Keywords: Contact status, Literature review, Pulmonary tuberculosis

2023-11-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 VISIKES: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakathttps://publikasi.dinus.ac.id/index.php/visikes/article/view/6609Evaluasi Penilaian Inspeksi Kesehatan Lingkungan Di Tiga Pasar Induk Kabupaten Lamongan2023-11-21T14:25:22+00:00Ahmad Cahyonoahmadcahyonono99@gmail.comMarsha Savira Agatha Putrimarshasavira@unisla.ac.idEko Sulistionoekosulistiono@unisla.ac.id
Environmental factors are important factors for healthy living, health efforts, control, and security of public facilities to prevent disease transmission. One of the public facilities is a market. In Lamongan Regency, there are three main markets that are the center of the community's economy, including: Sidoharjo Market, Sidomulyo Market, and Fish Market. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility of environmental health. The type of research used is a mixture based on the results of observations and the results of the assessment listed in formular 2 (Permenkes) No. 17 of 2020 concerning Healthy Markets, to obtain the health feasibility of the market environment. From the results of these studies, it shows that the environmental health feasibility of the Sidoharjo market has not met the eligibility requirements for environmental health with a percentage (63.3%), the Sidomulyo market has not met the environmental health eligibility requirements with a percentage (55.7%), and for the fish market is not yet. meet the eligibility requirements for environmental health with a percentage (53.4%).
