LEGIBILITY DAN READABILITY INFORMASI DALAM PERANCANGAN BROSUR DIGITAL DENGAN MENGINTEGRASIKAN TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY (AR)

Persaingan antar institusi pendidikan dalam menarik minat calon mahasiswa semakin ketat. Brosur digital menjadi media promosi yang umum digunakan. Namun, brosur digital konvensional terkadang kurang menarik dan informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang brosur digital jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi augmented reality (AR) untuk meningkatkan legibility dan readability informasi. Pendekatan 5 step design thinking digunakan dalam penelitian ini, ditunjang dengan tinjauan literatur secara prosedural, sistematis, dikarenakan sebuah penelitian memerlukan pengolahan data yang sistematis. Kejelassan dalam menyajikan data agar mudah direproduksi menjadi media promosi brosur, dengan didukung literatur perancangan media serupa terdahulu. Brosur AR dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman interaktif yang lebih mendalam kepada calon mahasiswa dengan menampilkan informasi tambahan dengan memperhatikan aspek legibility dan readability. Brosur AR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat calon mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan DKV dengan memberikan pengalaman yang menarik dan informatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam mengoptimalkan strategi promosi jurusan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi AR.References
