Merujuk pada kerangka kerja Teece, Pisano, dan Shuen, yang mencakup kapabilitas penginderaan, pemanfaatan, dan transformasi, penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana bisnis dapat mengidentifikasi perubahan pasar, menghasilkan inovasi, dan meningkatkan aktivitas operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Jus Buah Calec memiliki kapabilitas penginderaan dan inovasi yang relatif kuat, tetapi kapabilitas transformasinya masih terbatas karena keterbatasan modal dan sumber daya manusia. Serta untuk menguji peran moderasi kepercayaan konsumen dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah ketiga hubungan variable dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menjelaskaan hubungan antar pengaruh variabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak <em>SmartPLS.</em> hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan konsumen dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan ulasan tidak berpengaruh. Selain itu kepercayaan konsumen tidak memoderasi pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan ulasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, data collected from six expert and senior general insurance industry practitioners. The analysis identified Top Management Behavior as the most critical factor, with Visionary Leadership being the most important subcriterion. Between the two strategic alternatives evaluated, the Insurtech Partnership Strategy received higher global weight and was deemed more effective than the Transformational Leadership Strategy. The conclusion suggests that in order to achieve sustainable performance, general insurance companies may strengthening Visionary Leadership at Top Management Level while prioritize strategic partnership with Insurtech entities.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><strong><em>Digital Transformation, Sustainable Performance, General Insurance</em></strong></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor prioritas strategi transformasi digital pada perusahaan asuransi umum dan menentukan pilihan strategi yang paling efektif untuk mencapai kinerja berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari enam praktisi ahli dan senior di industri asuransi umum di Indonesia. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasikan bahwa Perilaku Top Management sebagai faktor paling kritis dengan Kepemimpinan Visioner menjadi subkriteria terpenting. Diantara dua alternatif strategi yang dievaluasi, strategi Kemitraan dengan Insurtech memiliki global weight yang lebih tinggi dan dinilai lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan strategi Kepemimpinan Transformasional. A qualitative approach was used, with purposive sampling selecting 22 key stakeholders, including destination managers, accommodation providers, technology developers, and government officials. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and social media analysis. Thematic analysis was employed to interpret the findings, which revealed that “SEMARTOUR” Smart Tourism, such as location-based applications and IoT in accommodations, have significantly improved resource management and visitor satisfaction. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, limited digital infrastructure, and data security concerns remain as significant barriers. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 150 responden di wilayah Surakarta yang berpengguna kosmetik.Proses analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang didukung oleh perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.0. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa persepsi pengalaman <em>Virtual Try-On</em> dan kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kanal pembelian juga menunjukkan pengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Monthly data from January 2023 to December 2025 are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the Rupiah exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on arbitrage opportunities, indicating that fluctuations in the exchange rate tend to reduce potential gains from cross-market price differences. Trading liquidity also has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that higher liquidity accelerates price adjustments across markets. This study addresses gaps in prior research, which have often focused on the retail or fintech sectors, by examining the impact of experiential marketing on transportation services, where customer experiences directly influence retention and business sustainability. This research aims to investigate the relationship between experiential marketing and customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction, among Gojek users in Semarang. A quantitative approach was employed, targeting Gojek users in Semarang. Data were collected from 100 respondents via purposive sampling and questionnaires. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for analysis, incorporating outer and inner model evaluations, hypothesis testing, and mediation effects.
