<p>Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pivotal to India's manufacturing growth, yet they struggle with efficient inventory management due to infrastructural bottlenecks, outdated practices, and limited digital integration. This study explores the adoption potential of two transformative approaches—Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and Cloud-Based Inventory Management Tools—within the industrial cluster of Boisar MIDC, Palghar District. A survey of 380 MSMEs reveals that while awareness of cloud-based systems is growing, actual implementation remains limited. VMI adoption is even lower, hindered by trust gaps and integration challenges. However, early adopters report tangible benefits including reduced lead times, improved collaboration, and operational cost savings. Using path modelling, the study confirms significant positive effects of technology adoption on manufacturing efficiency (β = 0.49) and strategic planning. These findings underscore the need for policy-backed digital training, phased technology rollouts, and stronger vendor partnerships. <p><em>This research aims to analyze public asset management strategies through the framework of integrating green sukuk and public-private partnerships (PPPs). A qualitative approach is employed, with data collected through a literature review to gather information on the potential and challenges of implementing such policies. The data is then analyzed descriptively to outline the framework for the proposed strategy. The findings of this study indicate that the primary potential of integrating green sukuk and PPP lies in inclusive and sustainable funding sources, significant environmental and social benefits, and efficient risk management. On the other hand, challenges to be addressed include regulatory complexity, limitations in financial capacity and infrastructure, and fluctuating investor risk perceptions. The framework for integrating green sukuk and PPP in public asset management begins with project planning and fundraising, selection and agreement with business entities, asset implementation and maintenance, followed by evaluation, reporting, and contract renewal. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik <em>event</em> dan <em>content marketing</em> terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada <em>event</em> Medan Rasa Bangkok 2025, yang merupakan bagian dari <em>Roadshow </em>Kuliner Viral Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan <em>Google Form</em> kepada masyarakat yang berusia ≥17 tahun dan telah mengunjungi <em>event </em>tersebut, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik <em>event</em> dan <em>content marketing</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung (p < 0,05), baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,79 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 79% variasi keputusan berkunjung, sedangkan 21% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.</p> <p><strong><em>Kata Kunci: Daya Tarik Event; Content marketing; Keputusan Berkunjung</em></strong></p>Aina Aulia NasutionSarah Rouli Tambunan

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and income level on financial management ability among Civil Servants (ASN) in Semarang City, with gender as a comparrison. A quantitative survey method was applied to 374 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS to test validity, reliability, and relationships between latent constructs. The results reveal that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and income significantly and positively influence financial management ability. Among these factors, financial inclusion emerged as the most dominant determinant. Gender did not significantly moderate the relationships, although minor differences appeared between male and female respondents. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing access to formal financial services, strengthening financial literacy, and optimizing income to improve the financial stability of civil servants.</em></p>Sri LestariHerry Subagyo Retno Indah Hernawati

<p><em>This study analyzes the effect of celebrity endorsement and online customer review on purchase intention of Make Over cosmetic products, with brand trust as an intervening variable on the Shopee platform. The research is based on the growing consumption of cosmetics through e-commerce and the crucial role of public figures and consumer reviews in influencing buying intentions. The study employs a quantitative method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and purposive sampling of 126 respondents who have purchased Make Over products via Shopee. The results show that celebrity endorsement and online customer review have a significant positive effect on brand trust, which in turn affects purchase intention. Both factors also have an indirect effect through brand trust. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of ratio of liquidity, ratio of profitability, rasio of activity,</em> c<em>ompany size and debt policy on stock price of mining companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) on a period of 2020-2022. Independent variables include ratio of liquidity, ratio of profitability, rasio of activity, company size and debt policy. The sample of this research is 25 companies choosed by using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression. The results showed that The results of this study indicate that the variable company size have apositive effect on stock prices. <p>This study seeks to provide a thorough overview of the literature on how digital innovation, such fintech payments and an understanding of ICS, may be essential to enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs. The literature review technique is used in this study's qualitative methodology. The primary goal of this study is to examine, assess, and combine the outcomes of numerous prior studies, which is why this approach was selected. The qualitative review analysis method, which involves carefully evaluating the content, results, and contributions of each piece, was used to perform the data analysis. The study findings reveal that digital innovation improves efficiency and market penetration, fintech payments speed up transactions and establish a financial digital footprint, and ICS makes use of technology to provide financial services. this alternative data to evaluate creditworthiness more equitably and precisely. These three elements' synergy fosters trust between financial institutions and MSMEs while also promoting simple access to funding and operational efficiency. <p>Cleo Festival Kuliner Medan 2025 merupakan salah satu acara hiburan populer yang menggabungkan pengalaman kuliner dengan pertunjukan musik. Festival berskala besar ini berhasil menarik perhatian masyarakat melalui berbagai tenant kuliner dan penampilan artis terkenal. Namun, hasil observasi lapangan menunjukkan adanya keluhan terkait ketidakjelasan informasi di media sosial, yang menekankan pentingnya peran media sosial dan daya tarik event dalam memengaruhi keputusan pengunjung untuk hadir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan daya tarik event terhadap keputusan pengunjung menghadiri Cleo Festival Kuliner Medan 2025. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, kuesioner dibagikan kepada 96 responden berusia 17–35 tahun yang telah menghadiri acara tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan daya tarik event berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,840, yang berarti 84% keputusan dipengaruhi oleh kedua faktor tersebut.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci: Media Sosial; Daya Tarik Event;Keputusan Berkunjung</strong></p>Cut Ella Fadilla HastamiJohn Sihar Manurung

<p><em>The iPhone is a premium smartphone product that has a higher price than competing brands</em><em> So not everyone can afford it. Therefore, someone who wants to use an iPhone can find ways to get the product at a cheaper price. </em><em>This study was conducted to determine the extent to which price consciousness and product quality contribute to purchase intentions, as well as the role of sale proneness as a mediating variable.</em> <em>The objects of this study are Generation Z and Millennials who have an interest in the old version of the iPhone. With sample criteria: consumers who buy their own iPhone, live in Semarang City, and are aged 17-44 years. The method used in this study is quantitative, with data collection carried out through questionnaires answered by 144 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that price consciousness has a positive and significant effect on sale proneness. In addition, product quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on sale proneness. Furthermore, both price consciousness and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, sale proneness also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. <p><em>This article discusses the importance of human resource maintenance (HRM) as an organizational strategy to maintain productivity and sustainability. The study focuses on the concepts, objectives, and principles of HRM, workload and job satisfaction analysis, and the role of employee counseling. The research applies theories from Hasibuan, Robbins & Judge, Mathis & Jackson, and previous studies, using a literature review and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that HRM includes compensation, safety, and welfare, and is based on the principles of benefit, justice, satisfaction, legality, and company capability. A balanced workload positively influences job satisfaction, while counseling supports employees’ mental health and motivation.
