Focus and Scope

Application of Information Technology (APIT) Journal is published by the Department of Informatics Dian Nuswantoro University, Semarang, which focuses on research in application and information technology.

 Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Cryptography, steganography, image processing, computer vision, biometric, data mining, fuzzy logic, computational intelligence, speech recognition, speech synthesis, natural language processing, adaptive game AI, signal processing, smart city, IOT, science and technology.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are reviewed anonymously by reviewers appointed by the editor in his area of expertise. Decision for acceptance / rejection of the manuscript will be notified in writing via email. Authors are given an opportunity for two weeks to make improvements (revised) manuscript on the basis of recommendations / suggestions from the reviewer and editor.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
